Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory - Fuel Sensor Replacement

In this video I’m replacing the faulty fuel sensor on my Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory after dealing with inaccurate fuel readings and the usual frustrations that come with modern electronics on an otherwise incredible bike. I’ll take you through removing the old sensor, fitting the replacement, and checking everything is working properly again so I can finally trust the fuel gauge without constantly second-guessing how much petrol is actually left in the tank. The Tuono V4 Factory is an absolute weapon of a motorcycle, but like many high-performance Italian bikes, it definitely has its quirks — and this is one a lot of owners seem to run into.
