When our trip to Lava Hot Springs didn’t go as planned because it was CLOSED, we decided to check out Downata Hot Springs in Downey, Idaho instead, and honestly, it surprised us in the best possible way! From relaxing in the beautiful, warm pools to exploring the scenic campground nearby, we made the best of it and had an awesome first experience that we will always remember. The friendly atmosphere, coupled with the stunning natural surroundings, made our visit truly enjoyable. We also took some time to soak in the picturesque views and appreciate the serene environment.
