How to create a Background using Base Paste, and Gel Crayons in your Adult Colouring

Welcome fellow Colourist's to a series on simple backgrounds for adult colouring pages. I will show you step by step how to create a background for any of your adult colouring pages. I also hope this encourages you to #useyourstash of art materials you already own. In this video we will be doing three simple backgrounds using my homemade Base Paste, and Gel crayons. The Base Paste is the creation of Lori from the YouTube Channel ‪@ColorMyWorld‬    / @colormyworld   This is the video that I followed to make my Base Paste.    • Colored Pencil Foundation Paste DIY Tutorial   All credit goes to Lori, all failures can be credited to me :) The Gel Crayons are a creamy stick of water based pigment. It is a versatile medium and can be applied in a few ways. I will show you my most used application methods. I use two brands in my video 1) Tim Holtz Distressed Crayons, and 2) Creatology gel crayons. Please remember I am not a professional artist I am a Colourist.
