Detailed video guide showing how to grind valves. The cylinder head is from a 1984 Kawasaki KLR 600 single-cylinder motorcycle, so it has two intake valves and two exhaust valves. For the grinding, I used a drill attachment found online for about €40 and fine-grained emery paste from an auto parts store for about €15. The leak test and valve assembly and disassembly steps will also be demonstrated. The cylinder head was then taken to a reconditioning shop, so the various processes performed will also be illustrated.
