Fly fishing for Baltic River Pike.

Instead of choosing a beautiful place and hopefully catch a pike followed my friend Dr. Viktor Wiberg to a swamp by the Baltic sea where he said there was plenty of "Tinder-Profile-Sized" pike. I reluctantly accepted the use of sinking flies and started chasing the dream of doing the perfect gill plate grip. I'm not sure if I have ever caught a pike this size on a fly fishing rod, so I decided that it was my personal best.
