Mini split not cooling right and the confusion of an incorrect diagnosis
Minisplits can be hard to diagnose, and this one was no different. Someone from a different company told the customer it was low on refrigerant, and added way too much. Listening to what the customer said, I began taking the wrong path of repair. Thankfully, better judgment caught up with me, and and a correct diagnosis was made with the help of tech support.
