The Mine That's Full Of Cool Stuff: Generator, Air Compressor, Cabins, Tools, Shaft Bucket, Winch ⛏️

For this underground mine exploring adventure, we visit a remote mine in the rugged mountains of the desert southwest. We traveled by Jeep to the wilderness boundary, past which you are not legally allowed to drive. We hiked across the desert to the mine site, which is quite large and spread out. As we approached the site, a couple of cabins came into view. We checked out the first cabin and surrounding area, where there is a 1930's era car complete with suicide doors that still work. We continued hiking up the mountain where we found another cabin. After checking out the second cabin, we continued up the mountain to a mine working. At the working was another structure, which was possibly a shop at one time. After giving that area a good look, we came down the mountain and started hiking up another canyon. There, we found a fourth cabin. Above that cabin was another mine working where there was once a ball mill. The ball mill was driven by a four cylinder engine, which is still there. There is also a generator, air compressor, and other related items in this area. Inside the underground workings are several items, including tools and a very nice shaft bucket. We also found a tram line and winch that was used to transport ore. We hope you enjoy the video!
