Stitch Glossary: slst: "slipstitch" ch: "chain" picot: tutorial in video sc: “Single crochet” - Insert hook, yarn over, pull up loop, yarn over, pull through both loops on hook. inc: “Increase” - Complete two single crochets into the same stitch, one after the other. 3sc in 1: "Three sc into the same stitch" 5sc in 1 “five sc into the same stitch” dec: “Decrease over two stitches”- Insert hook into stitch, yarn over, pull up loop. Insert hook into next stitch, yarn over, pull up loop. Yarn over a third time, and pull through all three loops on hook. sc3tog: "sc three stitches together/decrease by 3" hdc “half double crochet” - Yarn over, insert your hook through stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop. Yarn over a final time and pull through all three loops on your hook. DC “double crochet” - Yarn over, insert your hook through stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop.
