Kit cilindro da fan 125 2009 original tem corte ou rasgo na camisa do cilindro? Qual a função?

Does the original 2009 Fan 125 cylinder kit have a cut or tear on the side of the cylinder liner? What is the purpose of this cut or tear in the cylinder liner? If this cut in the cylinder liner of the 2009 Fan 125 cylinder kit is important, why doesn't the Titan 150 have this cut in the cylinder? In this video, I'll answer all these questions and give some tips on how to make this cut in the cylinder "homemade" when necessary. The 2009 Fan 125 and Titan 150 share the same engine block, and since this block was originally developed for the Titan 150 and later used in the 2009 Fan 125 design, the jet cooler (the hole in the crankcase that squirts oil onto the piston skirt) ended up misaligned with the piston skirt, and the oil squirt bumped into the edge of the liner due to the smaller diameter of the 2009 Fan 125's cylinder liner than the CG150's. To solve this problem without altering the block's machining, it was necessary to cut or tear the cylinder liner edge where the jet cooler jet would meet, allowing it to reach the piston skirt and perform its function properly. Yes, the original cylinder has this tear from the factory! Some cylinders from other brands may or may not come with this tear in the cylinder liner edge. Those without this tear in the skirt have a significantly reduced service life, especially when used on mountainous stretches, in traffic jams, or with a load on the motorcycle and/or any other situation that requires high RPM to deliver power but at a low speed that doesn't help with cooling. Therefore, if the cylinder kit you purchased didn't come with this tear, you should make one yourself to ensure proper engine operation and durability. With due care, of course.
