How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds

Use a large spoon to scrape out the seeds and fibrous strands and place into a large mixing bowl. 2️⃣ 00:01:04 - Divide the seeds from the fibrous strands and rinse the seeds thoroughly. Pat dry. 3️⃣ Preheat an oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. 4️⃣ 00:01:26 - Spread out in an even layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter and salt (or seasoning of choice) over seeds and toss to coat. 6️⃣ 00:02:04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
