How To: BOX FRAME SIDE WINDOW SPRINTER VW CRAFTER SELFBUILD CAMPERVAN UPCYCLING SCRAP WOOD!

In this video after we fitted the rear window to the Beau Luna Bus we used a very old scarp piece of scaffolding board, some 20mm pine, which was left over packaging from our neighbours new double glazing units and a scrap piece of plywood from outside a house in our street. With these items we boxed out and framed the rear sliding window getting a great finish, we even used an off-cut of the plywood floor in our van from the side sliding door step area to strengthen the window shelf/sill. Using as many reclaimed materials as possible to lower our impact on the earth and offset the travelling experience. We will then travel long term as we world school our two children.
