Gallows Corner Update: Water Mains Works Holding Up Full Opening?

In this Gallows Corner update, I take a closer look at the ongoing water mains works and how they appear to be affecting the full reopening of the flyover and roundabout. The flyover works have been a major talking point locally, and in this video, I look at the section where the water mains work is still taking place, why it may be slowing things down, and what can be seen on site from above.
