[ Biophysical Chemistry ] Electrochemistry 1: Membrane Potential, Debye-Huckel Theory, Gibbs Energy

This video covers various transportation mode within Biological membrane; Ion Channel, Active Transport, and passive diffusion, and relates these transportation modes with respect to Gibb's energy. Active transport will use ATP to generate chemical potential on one side of the membrane with a specific ionic species, Ion Channels utilizes the potential resulting from the active transport of ionic species.
