You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰 Recipe for cooking and ingredients: (for a ≈20–22 cm / 8–9 inch pan, 6–8 servings): For the base: • Rolled oats — 1 cup + 2 tablespoons (4.2 ounces / 120 g) • Water — 2/3 cup (4.4 fl oz / 130 ml) • Greek yogurt — 2 tablespoons (≈30–40 g) • Eggs — 2 pcs. • Salt — 1 pinch • Ripe bananas — 2 pcs. (≈200–220 g) • Red apple — 1 pc. (≈150–180 g) • Baking powder — 2/3 tablespoon (≈8–10 g) • Sweetener (optional) — 1 tablespoon • Walnuts — 1.5 tablespoons (≈15 g) • Almonds — 1.5 tablespoons (≈15 g) For the apple filling: • Butter — a small piece (for greasing the pan) • Raisins — 2 tablespoons (≈20–25 g) • Dried cranberries — 1.5 tablespoons (≈15 g) For serving and decoration: • Honey — for brushing (to taste) • Almond flakes — for decoration • Lemon wedge, slice of dried orange, 2 tbsp black tea + 1 tsp mint (for aromatic tea to serve with the bake) Serving: Let the bake cool slightly. Brush the top with honey and decorate with almond flakes. Serve warm with aromatic tea (steep 2 tbsp black tea with mint, a lemon wedge, and dried orange slice for 4–6 minutes). Serving and Storage The perfect breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert! Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
