The team behind Thok E-Bikes combines Italian design, technical precision, and a passion for electric cycling. Founded by personalities from the mountain biking and motorsports scene, the brand has quickly become a major player in the Italian e-bike market. We visited the company, headquartered in Alba, Piedmont, to learn more about the brand and its philosophy. Thok was launched in 2016 with a clear mission: to develop powerful, affordable e-mountain bikes that appeal to passionate e-bike enthusiasts. By combining racing DNA with Italian design, Thok has carved out a niche for itself. Stefano Migliorini, co-founder and mastermind behind the brand, is a legend in Italian downhill and BMX racing. His successful racing career – ten-time Italian and three-time European BMX champion, multiple Italian downhill champion with 18 years of national team membership – and his deep understanding of riding behavior and the technology required to realize it flow directly into the development of every single Thok model. Together with Livio Suppo, who, as a former MotoGP team manager, brings strategic know-how and management experience to the company, the company set itself the task of combining passion and racing experience in one brand.
