Located in front of Matsusaka Station in Matsusaka City, We visited Wally Cook! The interior is a very stylish izakaya with a fun atmosphere. It has a bar-like atmosphere, and although it's very busy, it somehow has a relaxing and lovely atmosphere. The menu includes course meals and seafood dishes. Other dishes include side dishes, fried foods, rice dishes, final dishes, and other recommended items. After much deliberation, we decided on the following! Order Menu * -------------------------------------------------- ◇ Assorted Sashimi (5 kinds) - ¥2500 Fresh fish caught that day were stylishly presented on a plate piled high with ice. Each piece was large and incredibly satisfying! The presentation highlighted the freshness, and the texture was irresistible! I knew I had to try the other fish, but there were so many varieties that I had to hold off this time (lol). The variety was so extensive that it was hard to choose, so I'll try it next time! ◇ Freshly Rolled Dashimaki Tamago - ¥600 This is the restaurant's signature dashimaki tamago. The omelet is beautifully wrapped in layers, almost like a mille-feuille. Just from looking at it, this dashimaki tamago exudes a sense of accomplishment. The moment you put it in your mouth, a sweet sensation spreads softly throughout your mouth, and then the delicious flavor of the broth bursts forth... Is there anyone who doesn't like that? (lol) You're missing out if you don't try this! This tuna collar is brimming with tender, juicy "meat"! Just looking at it will have you drooling (lol) The crispy skin and the generous amount of salt on top are just irresistible! I started to separate the meat from the bone, but I ended up skipping it halfway through (lol) Because I just couldn't wait! The perfect combination of saltiness and the savory flavor of the fish is irresistible! The moment we took a bite, our chopsticks were already moving, moving on to the next piece (lol). This is a dish we'd love to keep all to ourselves! ◇Tempura Assortment - 1,280 yen This was our first time trying enoki mushroom tempura! I never knew there was a way to eat it like this! It was a new sensation, so we ate it hesitantly, but it could only be described as "delicious"! The umami is tightly concentrated, and the enoki mushrooms are held together by frying, so the texture is concentrated there, and the concentrated flavor is irresistible! You should definitely try it at home! Oh, but before that, why not try it here first? Next up was shrimp. The shrimp was so plump! As you'd expect from a place that prides itself on seafood!
