"Bell brass" (aka cast bronze) drums really seem to be having a moment. The bell brass hype is, of course, fueled by the legendary Tama Mastercraft from the early 80s. Since then, many have made tributes, clones, and recreations of the famous drum from The Black Album and Nevermind, including Tama themselves.
