His lab studies how signaling controls cell identity in healthy human tissues and in diseases, including cancer and immune disorders. Ms. Roe is Program Manager in the Irish lab and Managing Director of the Mass Cytometry Center of Excellence and Cancer & Immunology Core at Vanderbilt University. Ms. Roe has expertise in phospho-specific flow cytometry, human and mouse tissue preparation and mass cytometry (CyTOF) panel and experimental design.
