I think Mario is a pretty neat design since I like characters that are ball-shaped, and a lot of Super Mario characters fall into that category. I also personally like human characters a lot more than animals or masked characters. I don't think I know design better than Nintendo's entire art team, but thought it would be a funnier to approach things from a very extreme point of view. Music: Koji Kondo - Thank you, Mario!
