Zion Narrows, a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Walking Through Water!

Ready for one of the most unique hikes in the world? We are taking on The Narrows in Zion National Park! Unlike a normal trail, the path for this hike is the Virgin River. In this video, we’re hiking the famous "Bottom-Up" route, starting from the Temple of Sinawava and wading through the stunning, towering slot canyons. Walking against the current in waist-deep water while surrounded by thousand-foot Navajo sandstone walls is an unforgettable experience. I’ll show you what the hike is really like, the different water depths we encountered, and why having the right gear makes all the difference. If you are planning to hike The Narrows, preparation is key! Here is the lowdown on the gear we rented to stay comfortable and safe: 🥾 Narrows Gear Info: What we rented: [e.g., Canyoneering Boots, Neoprene Socks, and a Wooden Walking Stick] Where we got it: [e.g., Zion Guru / Zion Outfitter / Zion Guide Hub] in Springdale Why you need it: Normal hiking boots will get ruined and weigh you down. Canyoneering boots provide grip on slick river rocks, neoprene socks keep your feet warm, and the wooden walking stick is absolutely essential for keeping your balance in the moving current! 🕒 Video Chapters: 0:00 - Intro & The Riverside Walk 1:30 - Entering the Virgin River (The water is cold!) 3:15 - Navigating the currents and slippery rocks 5:40 - Reaching Wall Street (The narrowest part of the canyon) 8:00 - Turning around and heading downstream 10:15 - What gear do you ACTUALLY need? 11:30 - Final tips for hiking The Narrows GoPro Max 360 - Camera used [Insert Dry Bag used to keep snacks and extra layers safe] [Insert details about bringing plenty of drinking water (do NOT drink river water!)] 👇 Let's Connect!
