'25 Volvo V60 T8 AWD Polestar Engineered PHEV Review

Enough with your SUVs already. Volvo is one of the few manufacturers left that appreciates the beauty of a station wagon, and has sold a jillion of them all over the world. Unlike the crossovers that dominate sales these days, the V60 wagon has the handling, ride and low-key architecture of a sedan instead of some pseudo-truckling bulky aspect. This car has serious performance bits from Ohlins, Brembo and other performance enhancements from the Polestar Engineering folks, and a 2-Liter turbocharged gas engine plus an electric motor that puts out a total of 455 horsepower. The Plug-in Hybrid side can give you up to 41 miles on "Pure" electric propulsion, so it's ecologically-balanced performance. Then there's the room, comfort and quirky greatness that marks the Volvo brand. Oh, and don't forget the build quality and technology for the safety pedigree that the marque is famous for. Come friend, join me in a romp with a Swede.
