I Climbed Quebec’s Most Scenic Fjord Trail (Sentier de la Statue)

I set out into the Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay to tackle one of the most steep and rewarding trails in Quebec: the Sentier de la Statue (The Statue Trail). With 80 short clips of footage, no tripod, and a lot of rock-balancing creativity, this is the raw, authentic journey of climbing up Cap Trinité. From encountering some local wildlife on the trail (shoutout to the Erethizon dorsatum!) to cooking a quiet meal at the campsite, this was an unforgettable solo adventure. Stick around until the middle of the video where I share the unbelievable 1878 miracle story behind the massive 9-meter Notre-Dame-du-Saguenay statue that watches over the Fjord.
