SouthPark Specialty Shops is a shopping center that is "Palm Beach"-inspired with boutique stores and specialty shops and eateries. Across the street is SouthPark Mall, an upscale shopping center in the SouthPark, a fancy neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. This mall offers major department stores and national and international chains. It is located approximately 5 miles south of Charlotte, owned and managed by Simon Property Group, a large shopping center conglomerate. SouthPark Mall is the largest mall in the Carolinas, and also among some of the largest on the East Coast.
