"GENEVA" (George Duke) transcribed & perf. by Uwe Karcher

One of my favorite tunes by the great George Duke - I really love the exquisite modulations and the latin flavor in this composition! George played this version at "Marian McPartland's Piano Jazz" on Jan. 29th, 1994. You can listen to the complete show here: https://www.npr.org/2013/02/15/172105... In my video version you can hear 4 bars with a great latin touch (from 1:11 to 1:26) between the theme, which I integrated into the transcription from another (very short and incomplete) version that George played for the ROLAND company when presenting their V-Piano. But the complete original "Piano Jazz" version is also transcribed & available! I used Synthogy's new "IVORY 3 AMERICAN CONCERT D" for the piano sound and I'm really happy with the result!
