This is very close to my heart and share it with utmost love.💖    / @mari_diet   ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 90g oats Pinch of salt 1 tbsp lakanto 1/2 tbsp thick white sesame oil 2g dry yeast 50ml lukewarm water (about 40°C) 120ml soy milk (about 40°C) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Sugar contents & Calories ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶ Sugar About 58g in total ▶ Calories About 430kcal in total ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Instructions ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 0:00 Opening 0:31 Warm 50 ml of water and 120 ml of soy milk to about 40°C. 1:01 In a blender, pour 90g of oats, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp lakanto, 1/2 tbsp thick white sesame oil, 2g dry yeast, 50ml water and 120ml soy milk mixture warmed to around 40°C and blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
