Known as ghetto blasters (probably in our part of the world) or boomboxes, they were a cult classic in the 80s. Amazon offers various retro versions of these devices. Visually, they're not that far removed from the originals. But how good are they? I'm testing one, the Silva PCR 1980 BT. It could just as easily be called the "Anteater ABC," since these things are made in China and anyone can print their name on them. What can this plastic box do?
