Problems provides AI-assisted problem analysis optimized for DevOps, Operations, and SREs. When a large-scale incident occurs, Davis® AI identifies the root cause, pinpoints all relevant details, and visually reproduces the incident in charts, highlighting the affected deployment. In this spotlight video, Andi (Andreas) Grabner walks you through how to use Problems efficiently. You'll learn how Dynatrace AI can explain a single problem or the commonality across multiple problems, as well as "Follow the red" to quickly identify the problematic distributed trace, critical log, problematic metric, or root-cause change.
