Hey everyone! Today I tried the Iron Wolf "Beginner Routine." It was actually really hard for a beginner workout, but that's OK I knew it would be. 25 One pumps 25 Two Pumps 25 Three Pumps 25 Navy Seals 25 Five pumps At the end of the workout I kept saying "five counts" but I meant five pumps.
