With a rich history of the Rajputs and Jaipur, there are some important landmarks which the people visit like the city palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Amer Palace and many more. But the culture, heritage and history of Jaipur is preserved in the lanes or its Galis where the common people live. It might be found in the different traditional food, crafts, paintings etc. It is my endeavour to bring the hidden treasures of the city in the form of short films. In one such lane, Sonthali Walo ka Rasta of old city of Jaipur are shops selling different types of Namkeens. There are about 40/50 shops selling Namkeens from Generations. Chane ki daal, meetha chidwa, corn flax khatta meetha, masale wali boondi, moong fali, ratlani sev, barik sev, tasty, chana jor garam, moong jor, bhakar wardi, daal moth, chidwa, bhav nagri etc. The best part is that they make mixtures as per your requirement. If you need spicy, less spicy, plain or slighly sweet, they will add ingredents accordingly.
