Selling my FULL N64 Collection to CeX... Is it worth it?
How much is a complete PAL Nintendo 64 collection really worth to CeX in 2026? In this video, I analyse the entire PAL Nintendo 64 library, calculating exactly what CeX would pay in cash for the lot, what they would offer in vouchers, and what they currently sell for, all boxed games with manual for according to their grading system. Along the way, some surprising findings emerge. Despite the Nintendo 64 being one of the most collected retro gaming systems, only 85 PAL titles were actually in stock at the time of recording, representing just 35% of the full PAL library. This raises a major question: is CeX actually a viable place to build a complete N64 collection? I also examine why so many of the rare and desirable Nintendo 64 games are unavailable, looking at whether CeX may be underpricing certain titles and how resellers are likely buying stock as soon as it appears. The data paints a fascinating picture of the current retro gaming market and the challenges collectors face. Once the final figures are revealed, I discuss whether there is any real incentive for collectors to trade valuable Nintendo 64 games into CeX. With limited condition grading and no accurate way to differentiate between average and exceptional boxed copies, the values offered can be significantly disconnected from the realities of the collector market where condition is often everything. This is a concise, data-driven breakdown with no filler, giving Nintendo 64 collectors and retro gaming enthusiasts useful insights into CeX pricing, availability, collection values and the state of the PAL N64 market.
