The mother of a 21-year-old man killed in Alexandra, Johannesburg yesterday, says he was not involved in any looting. Instead, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Siphesihle Ncameleni was shot and killed outside a spaza shop owned by a foreign national, during a looting incident that followed a march against undocumented foreign nationals.
