Philip & Chloe || A New Better Beginning

In 2019 I made a tribute celebrating the 20 years of one of my favorites and dearest couples, Shawn and Belle!! And I intended to make one for Philip and Chloe to celebrate the 20 years since their emblematic dance at the Last Blast Dance 2000 where they danced to LeAnn Rhimes' "I Need You" but I decided to wait until both actor returned one in August and the other in December. I also wanted to make this tribute for a dear friend who loves them so tremendously!!! but the writing for them has been not great and I lost inspiration until we got a few good scenes showcasing their history and chemistry. And I was finally able to garner the strength and inspiration to finish!
