¡Guiso de Cola 🍖y Costilla de cerdo Sparry 🥓 a 50 MIL😱en BOGOTÁ! | Los Insaciables
What's your favorite Creole dish? Write it in the comments, and if you'd like, recommend a place to try it! 😎 Guitar stew or spare ribs, two powerful dishes for 50,000 pesos for those who love good Creole food (and the bonus is that they sell you glue with hogao on top for 12,000 pesos) 🤤 This is Carlos, and from the looks of it, he's a real meat buff. He worked for many years in super-professional restaurants, but one day, along with his wife, he decided to take a risk and open his own proper restaurant, which he called Andes Parrilla. With the help of his family, they started on December 24th in 2014 and haven't stopped since, because what they make on those grills and in those pots is practically unbelievable. 📍The place is located at 77-71 Carrera 28b, Santa Sofia neighborhood📍 That's why we went and made ourselves two very good, insatiable dishes, each for 25k. The Cola Stew comes with rice, salted potatoes, avocado, and a cola that's so tender it melts in its mouth. With that little stew on top and such a size, it's delicious. And the Sparry Ribs, enormous, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, accompanied by Creole potatoes, guacamole, and rice, will surely win you over. And since we're big eaters, we also ordered a portion of pega con hogao, which David gave his all. As you can see, the portions are very generous. In addition to these two insatiable dishes, they offer many more good dishes and even desserts. The service is excellent and since there is nothing more Colombian than the work, if you liked this video, mention that guy who always eats from the pot to scrape
