Alaska Sockeye Salmon Fishing Adventure – 3 Days Boat & Shore Flossing on the Kenai Peninsula!

🎣 We spent 3 full days chasing sockeye salmon in Alaska as part of my 50 Fish Before 50 series! This trip took us to the beautiful Kenai Peninsula where we fished the Kasilof River, Russian River, and Upper Kenai River. We mixed it up between boat fishing and flossing from shore. The scenery was absolutely stunning, but the fishing was tougher than expected — the salmon were around but not biting as well as we’d hoped. Still, it was a memorable family adventure filled with beautiful Alaska landscapes, wildlife, and quality time on the water.
