Up the mountain to Cebreiro - Camino de Santiago

For many pilgrims, the stage from Villafranca del Bierzo to Cebreiro is both the toughest and most beautiful stage on the Camino de Santiago. The stage is 28.8 kilometers and has an ascent of 850 meters. The first part of the stage, from Villafranca to Trabadelo, goes along the road and you can meet a lot of traffic.
