Alstom Coradia Stream test EMU arrives in Greece.

At the end of 2025, the Greek government and Hellenic Train signed an agreement for investments in the railway. Part of the investments is also the supply of 23 Coradia Stream EMUs by Alstom.The first EMUs are expected to arrive in Greece in early 2027. For this purpose, a test EMU arrived on 28/1/26 from Bulgaria and it will conduct tests until June 2026 in order to receive the necessary certifications.
