Thank you very much for subscribing :) Ingredients: 2 large Tilapia fish 1 Large white onion 6 Shallots 3 pieces of ginger 2 sprig of fresh Rosemary 9 cloves of garlic A little piece of fresh paprika Thin peppers Scotch bonnet peppers 1/2 tsp of Cloves (p3pr3) 1/2 tsp of Aniseed (nketenkete) 1 piece of Grains of Selim(hwentea) 1 sprig of fresh thyme Olive Oil Vegetables for Garnishing (Mixed peppers and onion) 1tbsp Salt 1 Shrimp cube seasoning I used half of the blended ingredients and stored the rest for the next time I make tilapia fish.
