Il REFERENDUM - Diritto in Breve

In this video I will explain in a simple way how the Referendum works in the Italian legal system. Starting with the prerequisites for participation in voting, I will tell you about the types of Referendums in Italy, the abrogative one governed by Article 75 of the Constitution and the repeal of the law, the Constitutional Referendum provided for by Article 138 of the Constitution, the Territorial Referendum provided for by Article 132 of the Constitution, and finally the one on laws and administrative measures of the Regions governed by Article 133 of the Constitution. Remember that voting is a right, but also a civic duty!
