Waikato Waters CCO launches operations for six central North Island councils

#HePūrongo Waikato Waters, a new council-controlled organisation serving six districts, is officially moving from its establishment phase to full operations on July 1. The launch event in Cambridge tomorrow morning features addresses from Local Government Minister Simon Watts, Waikato Waters chair Elena Trout, Hauraki District Council Mayor Toby Adams, and Iwi representatives.
