X4 Is Finally Becoming The Space Sim We Were Promised

X4: Foundations is undergoing its most ambitious and impressive update yet. With the upcoming 9.0 “Empire Update,” Egosoft are fundamentally chaning the core simulation in an attempt to deliver the complex space sim experience promised years ago. The Empire Update overhauls fleet combat to make massive battles more readable, introduces important UI and priority order improvements for better empire management, and that also breathes new life into an improved economy.
