Ag Spray - ProUTV Sprayer - 65/105 Gallon Tank with Additional Pump and Boom Options

The AG Spray Equipment ProUTV Sprayer is another piece in the extensive lineup of liquid application equipment offered by the leader in the sprayer industry. Available with a 65 Gallon or 105 Gallon Tank, this unit is versatile for farm applications, pest control, lawn care and customer applicators. The base unit is available with a 3-section manual control swing arm with position detents. This allows the control arm to be easily moved when entering or exiting your vehicle. The control arm is equipped with easy-to-use section control switches and pressure control regulator. This unit is shown with our 105-gallon tank option powered by a GX160 Honda Engine and Ace Centrifugal sprayer pump. Two more switches near the pump control the agitation to the tank and the handgun. The ProUTV sprayer can be purchased with or without a boom. Shown here is our electrically actuated PX Boom. The controls are mounted in the cab which will allow you to easily fold and unfold the boom when needed. Our PX boom is also equipped with a break-away system that allows the boom to move out of its standard position if you were to strike and object such as a tree or post without causing any damage to the boom. The boom can be plumbed with either a stainless-steel wet boom or a dry boom such as the one shown here. The boom is connected to the ProUTV unit by camlock fittings which will allow you to easily unhook the plumbing to the boom and remove it from the unit if needed. The skid is equipped with fork pockets to enable you to remove the entire unit from your vehicle with minimal effort. Additional options on this unit include built in slots for ratchet straps to secure the sprayer to the bed of your vehicle. Another option on the ProUtv is the manual hose reel with 50ft of hose. The manual reel is equipped with a pivoting arm to allow you to swing the reel to whichever side of the unit you need to spray. The spray gun is a our 22” ProSeries Spray gun. The ProUTV can also be equipped with a diaphragm pump with electric controls if you need a higher amount of pressure from your sprayer. All of the other controls remain the same within the unit. The electric controller features three section control, a pressure gauge, a pressure adjustment switch as well as the master on/off control switch. A 12 volt pump is also available on the Ag Spray Equipment ProUTV. The pump is a 5.3 gallons per minute pump with a demand switch for 60 PSI.
