The Head of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT), Commissioner General of Police (Ret.) Eddy Hartono, S.I.K., M.H., expressed his appreciation for the issuance of Government Regulation Number 17 of 2025 concerning the Governance of Electronic Systems for Child Protection (PP Tunas), which he considered a response to the needs of the state and society in the digital era. This regulation represents a strategic step by the government to protect children from negative influences in the digital environment, such as the threat of radicalization and recruitment by terrorist groups on social media and online games.
