Today Mike and Dustin review the latest Springbank 25, an expression that both absolutely love. The 2021 edition comes in at 70% sherry, 15% rum and 15% bourbon. The 2021 sets a new highest volume release with 1400 bottles, up 200 from last year and 500 from the 2016 release. With collectors hoarding these like never before, we had to crack it open and get a review out.
