What to expect from your installation

For most homes, a small black box called a Toby exists just outside your property boundary in the road or footpath. Sometimes we will use an Openreach pole to reach your property. Before any work begins, we will discuss what we will do at your home and agree on the route we need to take to get our full-fibre connection into your home.
