Quick tube bias on a Fender Hotrod Deluxe III

I don’t do a lot of amp repair, but I’ll work on my own. Got a great deal on this Fender Hotrod Deluxe III but like all tube amps… it can usually be better. This one needed new preamp tubes, and the bias was a bit cold. 10 minute adjustment made all the difference. Don’t rush this, and be VERY CAREFUL about what you touch.
