Kaoshiki is a dynamic dance meditation that helps awaken energy, improve circulation, support hormonal balance and bring the mind into a calm focused state. This 21 minute daily practice can be done regularly to energize the body and reset the mind. Dear friends, finally I have returned to this magnificent dance. I missed Kaoshiki so much. I had a break of almost 5 months because during this time we were on our sea voyage on a catamaran. The weather conditions were not always simple — storms, rain and cold winds. Because of that I could not dance outside very often. And inside the catamaran there simply was not enough space to dance with outstretched arms. But on this day the ocean, the wind and the open space created a very special atmosphere for the practice. This video was filmed on the beautiful ocean coast in Lagos, Portugal.
