Review - Two notes Torpedo Studio
In this review for Pro Tools Expert, Technical Editor James Ivey takes a look at the amazing Torpedo Studio by Two Notes Audio Engineering. This amazing 2U rack unit makes recording guitar amplifiers really straightforward be allowing you to plug you amp or amp head directly into the unit and having it deal with the power soak issues. The Torpedo Studio then takes the signal from the real amp and runs it through a variety of built in simulated rooms, cabinets and microphones to allow you to create your perfect guitar tone without the need to have a super loud amp in the room. This is one for the guitar player and the audio engineer who loves to rock but just not to loud.
