WNET Thirteen (PBS Kids) Program Breaks Compilation (Nov/Dec 2001)

So you've probably noticed by now, but this recording has a BUNCH of audio and visual dropouts, plus very warbly audio. For the record, the tape these breaks were on wasn't damaged - at least to a noticeable degree. Like that CBC tape I've uploaded before, this was a signal issue (makes sense, considering WNET Thirteen did have to shift the location it broadcasted from for a while after you-know-what) Originally recorded during several PBS Kids blocks on PBS affiliate WNET. Tape contained complete episodes of Caillou and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, as well as some very partial Jay Jay the Jet Plane, Zoboomafoo and Barney & Friends.
