Taita Chavo is the last of his kind. As globalization compromises the culture, most Indigenous festivities are now celebrated with "disco movils", prerecorded modern music blared over giant speakers rather than the traditional Spanish harp which always brought mountain magic to any celebration. This is the completed version of a video documentary I began shooting last year. I wanted to make this video a spectacular; it is what Taita Chavo deserves.
