UPDATE 10/31: contacted apple on 10/24 and they advised that I can exchange to new device or return within 14days. I went to apple store to exchange but there were out of stock and I have ordered a new one from apple website, waiting for new device to come. I still have the defect device which I will be returning next week once I receive the new one! (apple specialist advised me to do this way) so if you received any defect product from apple, contact apple immediately! Hello everyone, This is my first video on my youtube channel.
